Orangery Concert: Generation Groove
An afternoon of music in the Orangery: Concert Band. Generation Groove is a community band based in Haxby, North Yorkshire. We have 4 levels of band from Academy, to Main Concert Band. In 2024 the bands have played various concerts in village halls, golf clubs and a tour or Netherlands with 3 concerts and a performance at Menim Gate.
The main band can be 40 performers on trumpets, French horn, euphoniums, flutes, clarinets, trombones, oboe, drums & bass and popular music makes up the repertoire.
Standard admission charges apply.

Play, explore, and discover! Mini golf, crown green bowls, outdoor games, and a children’s playground. Meet lemurs, penguins, coatis, and more at feeding times. Enjoy magic shows, giant bubbles, face painting, and nature trails. Fun for all ages!
