It was lovely! First time we’ve ever been and we were really impressed with everything. The lights show was fantastic and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Have recommended it to friends. Everything was lovely.

It was absolutely brilliant, but it was the characters and staff that made it all come to life! The snow globe was a great addition but again it was the staff and the interaction and the light show on the Hall. It exceeded my expectations! I visited with my niece and her 5-month-old daughter Poppy. What a fantastic first Christmas experience for her. We will return every year as she grows up. Thank you to everyone involved!

It was just magical. I think it’s lovely, just great. Sewerby Hall is just lovely and peaceful to walk all year, and a lovely cafe with friendly staff. Just love being there.

The characters were so much fun and really made the whole experience special, Joy the gnome was fabulous she broke up the waiting time for the snow globe queue with fabulous humour and a brilliant energy. My children thought she was amazing. The actors really made it special for my children, especially my son whose birthday it was the day we attended.

Great family evening out despite the rain. It was well organised, and all the staff were very helpful. The characters were excellent and engaged the children really well despite the miserable weather.

We went to the Winter Woodland event and despite the weather we had an amazing time would highly recommend it, it was even more amazing than the children expected thank you to all the staff involved and glad you survived the weekend weather.
